Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the childcare centre Provide strong leadership and support to educators and staff Maintain compliance with Alberta childcare licensing requirements Communicate professionally with children, families, staff, and government agencies Support high-quality Montessori and early childhood education programs Manage staffing, scheduling, documentation, and centre administration Promote a safe, respectful,
