Overview

We are looking for reliable and experienced Supply Cooks to provide casual and short-term kitchen coverage when our regular staff members are unavailable.

The Supply Cook will be responsible for preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals and snacks while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workplace.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality standards are met
- Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, creating a positive dining experience
- Handle food safely by following proper food handling and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and plating dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Support meal preparation during busy hours to ensure timely service
- Follow all safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety

Requirements





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is valued
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards essential for maintaining hygiene and quality
- Ability to serve guests with professionalism and positive attitude in a lively setting
- Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail when preparing and presenting food items
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
