Requirements:

- Minimum of 10 years experience in estimation
- Familiarity with Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- Degree or extensive experience in construction
- Chartered or on track for RICS, CEP, or CPE status
- Strong communicator with detail-oriented mindset
