Key Responsibilities:

- Start up projects with thorough buyout and kickoff preparation
- Manage monthly updates and budget accuracy via Procore
- Collaborate with superintendents to keep schedules on track
- Ensure effective communication of change orders and RFIs
- Lead and organize OAC meetings with a strategic focus

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in commercial construction
