Serve as a trusted advisor on international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, global expansion, and inbound investment into Canada
Lead planning and execution of complex tax engagements
Deliver practical, commercially focused solutions that create client value
Review and oversee technical tax research, memoranda, tax reorganizations, and compliance engagements
Build and strengthen client relationships
Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and support business growth
Contribute to practice growth through business development, thought leadership, and cross-service-line collaboration
Coach, mentor, and develop team members
Participate in adoption of digital tools and strategies
Work across office, client-site, and virtual environments
Requirements
Completed Canadian CPA designation
Completed either the In-Depth Tax Course or a Master of Taxation (MTax)
8+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
Robust focus on Canadian and International Tax
Deep technical knowledge of Canadian and international tax legislation
Knowledge of cross-border tax planning, compliance, and advisory services
Experience leading complex tax engagements
Experience with tax reorganizations, international expansion initiatives, and corporate tax planning projects
Strong business acumen
Ability to develop practical, client-focused solutions to complex tax matters

Ability to present technical concepts clearly to clients, stakeholders, and team members
