CPSM is hiring two Complaint Investigators for the Complaints and Investigation Department. Applicants must be regulated health professionals with at least eight years of clinical expertise and a strong understanding of ethical and professional standards. Experience in reviewing and investigating complaints is beneficial, with comprehensive training offered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complaints against CPSM registrants • Determine jurisdictional and privacy concerns • Maintain explicit communication with all stakeholders • Prepare comprehensive reports for Committee review • Collaborate with legal counsel on relevant issues
Requirements: • Regulated Health Professional with 8+ years’ experience • Familiarity with medical legislation and standards • Proven skills in organization and time management • Proficient in Office 365 and digital document tools • Capable of managing sensitive information confidentially
