The part time position operates from midnight to 8 am on weekends, monitoring alarm systems and responding to emergency situations. You'll be responsible for dispatching security and emergency responders throughout Greater Vancouver while maintaining calm under pressure. Your engagement with clients and effective communication will enhance their safety experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and dispatch regarding live criminal activities
• Identify alarm causes and coordinate responses
• Manage calls with clients for assistance
• Collect and analyze incident details accurately
• Ensure adherence to operational protocols and laws
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security License necessary
• Capable of staying alert for full shifts
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior call center or alarm experience preferred
