In this role, you will be an essential support system for our guests, helping them overcome challenges in an outdoor setting. With your motivational guidance and keen attention to detail, you will enhance their enjoyment. Strong leadership and excellent decision-making skills are vital as you monitor safety and provide feedback during operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with and encourage guests throughout their experience
• Oversee safety equipment usage and training
• Conduct regular course safety inspections
• Report incidents and equipment abnormalities immediately
• Perform various maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Previous customer service background required
• Competence in outdoor operations under various conditions
• Great communication and critical thinking abilities
• Required certifications in First-Aid and CPR
• Explicit Criminal Record check for eligibility
