Shape the future of patient safety with Brant Community Healthcare System as a Patient Safety Consultant. Work collaboratively to drive healthcare quality across our Brantford and Paris locations.

This role involves supporting the Director of Quality, Patient Safety & Experience in strategic initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery. You will assess patient safety incidents and lead actionable projects to enhance care standards. Your contributions will help in the alignment of our practices with accreditation and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities: • Review and analyze patient safety data • Implement action plans from the Quality Improvement Plan • Mentor staff on quality standards • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Requirements: • Degree in Health Discipline or Business Administration • Master’s degree in Quality or related field preferred • 3-5 years of hospital experience • Excellent time management skills • Criminal Record Check required
