Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive training for factory management on ROPEX
• Strategize and deploy improvement initiatives effectively
• Implement Lean tools and standard practices within the factory




• Monitor and report ROPEX progress accurately
• Coach management teams and assist A3 writing
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing and cultural change
• Proficient in MS Office and systematic problem-solving techniques
• Solid leadership skills for effective team engagement
