You will manage a talented team and produce highly detailed estimates while interfacing with clients and contractors. Travel may be required for site inspections and project engagements.

Requirements: • Technical qualification in construction management or estimating • Accreditation from CIQS, RICS, or PMI preferred • Proven leadership ability in project environments • Proficient in MS Excel and Word • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
