Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone and email Prepare and follow up on quotes Keep the CRM accurate and current Coordinate customers from first inquiry through order confirmation Support the sales team with scheduling, documents, and order details What we’re looking for

2+ years in an administrative, sales support, or coordinator role (this is not an entry-level position) Customer service experience in an office, showroom, or trade environment Comfortable working in a CRM daily Robust attention to detail — you’ll be handling measurements, pricing, and specs where errors are costly Based in Edmonton and able to work from our office Nice to have
