As the Manager of Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting activities. This role involves collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies, delivering key financial insights that matter for leadership decisions. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, you’ll help enhance reporting practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead the Financial Reporting Analysts team • Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial reports • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards • Coordinate year-end reporting with multiple stakeholders • Identify and implement reporting process improvements

Requirements: • Chartered Skilled Accountant designation required • 5+ years in financial reporting, ideally in insurance • Proven team leadership experience • Strong understanding of IFRS and US GAAP • Excellent organizational and communication skills
