Join the Fort McKay Group of Companies as a Grader Operator on the Syncrude MLX Site located north of Fort McMurray, AB. This role involves operating graders safely and efficiently while meeting project goals and deadlines.
Reporting to the Project Team Lead, this full-time position requires skilled operation and maintenance of graders. You will perform various tasks such as site prep, reclamation, and dirt management while ensuring safety compliance and equipment upkeep. Strong attention to detail and valuable time management are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain grader safely and efficiently
• Coordinate machine actions according to crew signals
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections




• Conduct reclamation and dirt management tasks
• Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid class five driver’s license with 3-year Drivers Abstract
• CSTS and OSSA/BSO/CSO certifications
• Ground Disturbance II certification required
• 3+ years of grader operation experience preferred
