As a Product Manager at Statflo, you’ll be a key member of the Product team, working closely with Engineering, Design, and your Product peers to understand problems, define clear outcomes, shape the roadmap, and ship features that help frontline reps have better 1:1 conversations with their customers.You Will Be Able To Partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to define scope, break down work, and deliver high-quality features. Lead product discovery (user interviews, research) to adapt your product to a constantly changing business environment. Own and maintain a clear roadmap for your product area. Become the subject matter expert for your product area and keep the team aligned on the 'why' behind your roadmap. Empathize with customers to understand problems they face, turning them into clear product opportunities.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales and CS to understand impact, manage expectations, and refine new feature ideas. Use data and customer feedback to measure success, monitor core KPIs, and decide what to iterate on next. Work with Product Marketing on GTM plans and launch assets to drive adoption of your features What You Need to Succeed? You have 4+ years of product management experience working in a SaaS workplace - bonus if it was in telecom, retail, or financial services. You’re a clear, structured communicator who can turn big ideas into actionable roadmaps and align stakeholders at multiple levels, including executives. You focus on continuous improvement - you look for ways to improve our product and how we work, and you’re open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and use a mix of research, data, intuition, and empathy to move work forward. You’re analytical and have used tools like FullStory, and have basic SQL knowledge. You have experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Bonus PointsYou have experience leading teams that design, build, and scale reporting and AI features. You have a proven record of thriving in a startup environment or have an entrepreneurial mindset - when you see a gap or missing process, you not only identify it but proactively put a solution in place.
