They are looking for a Mechanical Technologist to support the design and development of custom-built equipment and precision-engineered components at their Mississauga location.The Mechanical Technologist designs and details custom mechanical equipment by translating conceptual ideas into practical, manufacturable solutions. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, sound engineering judgment, and the ability to work independently from concept through build with minimal supervision.Role and ResponsibilitiesSolidWorks Design & DraftingCreate 3D models, assemblies, and production drawingsApply GD&T; and internal drafting standardsMaintain drawing accuracy, revision control, and organized documentationDesign custom mechanical equipment, tooling, jigs, fixtures, and componentsDevelop complete mechanical solutions from high-level concepts or functional requirementsSupport prototype builds and incorporate design-for-manufacturing and assembly feedbackParticipate in design reviews and technical decision-makingIdentify opportunities to improve cost,
