VersaBank, based in London, Ontario, seeks a SOX Compliance Specialist to lead the development and ongoing operations of VersaBank’s SOX program. In this full time, in-office role, you will perform control testing, identify optimization opportunities, and coordinate with external auditors to strengthen the control environment.
The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of SOX-related experience, CPA/CIA/CISA is a plus, and familiarity with ITGCs and financial systems like SAGE, SAP or Oracle.
