You will focus on conducting market research, developing financial models, and providing strategic advice on asset management to enhance client success. Your ability to synthesize complex data will directly influence our clients' investment strategies and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-depth analyses to identify real estate trends
• Create financial models to evaluate asset profitability




• Advise on redevelopment and acquisition strategies

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields
• 3+ years experience in real estate investment or advisory
