You'll engage globally with Subject Matter Experts to develop courses, including instructor-led sessions and eLearning. Collaborate closely with the Training Program Manager and your team to ensure clear communication and impactful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop technical training courses and curricula • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning paths • Interview Subject Matter Experts for content creation • Recommend evolving training methods and best practices • Gather and analyze feedback on training effectiveness
Requirements: • Experience in the Machine Vision or factory production industry • Proven skills in instructional design and course creation • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Solid analytical and critical thinking skills • Familiarity with collaboration tools like Google Suite and Jira
