Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in resident care plan development
• Deliver direct nursing care and education
• Keep meticulous records of health assessments
• Support residents during transitions of care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in Alberta
• Experience in a residential care setting preferred
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
