Join The Salvation Army as a Program Services Case Worker and provide essential support services to vulnerable populations. This position focuses on advocacy, community engagement, and client empowerment.

In the role of Program Services Case Worker, you will be integral to promoting client welfare in the Drop-In Centre environment. Your responsibilities include facilitating client orientation and access to vital services, along with providing crisis intervention. You'll also be responsible for documenting client interactions and maintaining community relationships for effective support.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise and support clients in a secure environment • Facilitate access to meals and hygiene facilities • Conduct crisis counseling and provide one-on-one support • Maintain comprehensive client documentation • Build partnerships with community organizations

Requirements: • Minimum college diploma in Social Sciences • Experience working with homeless individuals (1-3 years) • Strong understanding of women’s and mental health issues • Problem-solving and confidentiality skills • Proficient in communication and digital tools
