In this role, you'll bring your attention to detail and customer service skills to assist with account processing, bank reconciliations, and month-end activities. Building strong relationships and ensuring compliance with our policies will be crucial for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, EFTs, and payments effectively
• Prepare and maintain bank reconciliations
• Support month-end financial closure activities
• Communicate with vendors for billing issues
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• A minimum of 2 years in accounting preferred
• Knowledge of accounting principles required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
