Take on the role of Recreation Maintenance Operator with the City of Dryden and ensure our facilities are exquisitely maintained. This temporary full-time position offers hands-on experience over approximately six months.
Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and maintain the quality of recreation facilities, contributing to a safe and welcoming workplace. Knowledge in general repairs and customer service will be critical as you perform routine tasks and help enhance community engagement through our services. You'll work both independently and within a team to achieve operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor facility cleanliness and safety standards
• Address maintenance requests and conduct repairs




• Represent the City of Dryden positively
• Assist with customer inquiries and experiences
• Prioritize and manage workload efficiently
Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma required; focus on trades is beneficial
• Basic skills in refrigeration or ice maintenance preferred
• Must have a valid “G” driver’s license
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities are essential
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
