Serve the community and enhance wellbeing as a Nurse Practitioner at PRINCE ALBERT COOPERATIVE HEALTH CENTRE. Deliver primary health services and collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team.

In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will function within the Primary Health Care clinic, focusing on promoting health and preventing disease. You will assess community needs, provide urgent care, and refer clients to additional healthcare specialists as required. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in nursing, emphasizing patient care and health education.

Key Responsibilities:



• Deliver primary care services to various client groups • Conduct community health needs assessments • Provide education and support regarding health practices • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals • Participate in community health evaluation projects

Requirements: • Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution • Registration or eligibility with SRNA as RN (NP) • 2-3 years of primary care experience is advantageous • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities • Passion for community health and well-being
