This role demands a technically skilled professional with a B.S. in chemical engineering or a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology Transfer or process scale-up. Your expertise will empower recent product commercialization, risk assessments, and the manufacturing process. Engage with R&D;, Quality, and other teams to coordinate project efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage technology transfer activities for current product launches • Execute pilot and scale-up batches for commercialization readiness • Conduct risk assessments for manufacturing processes • Provide technical support across the entire technology transfer lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project tracking and execution
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or relevant field • At least 3 years in technology transfer or related fields • Strong expertise in FMCG manufacturing processes • Deep understanding of industry regulations and standards • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
