Utilize your accounting discipline and business partnership mindset to engage with Executive Directors, enhancing decision-making through robust financial insights and analysis.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead the month-end close process for assigned communities • Analyze financial results,



explaining variances and trends • Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls • Support audit requests and improve financial reporting processes • Assist in onboarding newly acquired retirement homes

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline • 2-4 years of relevant finance experience • Proven ability in full-cycle financial statement preparation • CPA designation or enrollment preferred • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail
