Key Responsibilities:



• Respond to service calls using de-escalation techniques • Conduct proactive foot patrols and site surveillance • Ensure safety for clients and staff at all times • Manage key control and conduct daily inspections • Provide training to current employees on procedures

Requirements: • Valid Saskatchewan Security Guard Certificate or equivalent experience • Minimum one year of security experience in healthcare • Clean Criminal Record documentation required • Certification in mental health crisis intervention is an asset • Ability to lift up to 50lbs when necessary
