In this full time role, you will lead a crew to multiple job sites, ensuring successful execution of arboricultural responsibilities. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience as an Arborist and offers the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead crew safely while providing arboricultural care
• Direct and manage equipment operations and task execution
• Supervise maintenance and use of tools and equipment
• Execute tree pruning, thinning,



and removal services
• Inspect client properties and manage customer service expectations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Arborist experience
• ISA certification or enrollment in an arboriculture program
• Valid driver’s license for a 5-ton vehicle
• Ability to direct team safely in tree canopies
• Strong identification skills for trees and shrubs
