We are looking for an enthusiastic couple with a big rig-friendly RV to help manage our beautiful 430-acre wildlife reserve during the 2027 season. You will focus on essential maintenance duties and have the option for additional paid opportunities while living in a fully equipped campsite. This role suits snowbirds seeking seasonal work from mid-April to mid-November.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee grounds maintenance and rental turnovers
• Explore hiking trails and the natural surroundings
• Maintain facilities and ensure guest readiness
• Participate in additional optional paid work
• Provide excellent service to estate visitors
Requirements:
• Own a coach/RV that is big rig friendly
• Energetic and motivated work approach
• Flexible working schedule for the season
• Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
