Key Responsibilities:
• Own daily performance of the two-shift converting department
• Coach and develop supervisors and operators for growth




• Understand machines and processes on the manufacturing floor
• Capture and document experienced operator knowledge
• Improve speed, quality, and efficiency of operations
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in manufacturing leadership
• Experience with 20–50 multi-skilled employees
• Solid background in production machinery
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an asset
