With a CPA and 4 to 5 years of experience in public accounting, you’ll be responsible for delivering expert guidance while mentoring team members in their qualified journeys.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage GST/HST client engagements and strategies • Produce detailed reports and provide technical expertise • Understand client needs and drive relationship development • Analyze new tax developments and provide actionable insights • Coach team members while overseeing their performance
Requirements: • Mandatory CPA designation • 4 to 5 years of public accounting experience • Deep knowledge of Canadian tax regulations • Proven skills in relationship management and leadership • Preparedness for travel as necessary
