Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to reference inquiries from library patrons
• Assist users with Library Search and e-Resources
• Provide circulation and client account services




• Inform users about library policies and resources
• Enforce library rules on food and noise
Requirements:
• Library Technician Diploma or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of modern reference sources
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
• Experience serving a diverse community with empathy
