Reporting to the Vice President, Strategy and Operations, the Business Analyst plays a crucial role at CUA. This position involves in-depth analysis of business processes and performance reporting to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate closely with team members to enhance overall service excellence and innovation within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze operational data and develop performance metrics
• Recommend process improvements based on thorough evaluations
• Create actionable insights to support project initiatives




• Develop robust dashboards for performance monitoring
• Communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline
• At least three years of experience in business or operational analysis
• Experience in a regulated workplace is an asset
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
