Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out a range of operational tasks effectively
• Inspect production equipment and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate records of production activities
• Propose process improvements with supervisors
• Adhere to safety and quality compliance at all times
Requirements:
• At least 2+ years of experience in manufacturing
• Background in aquaculture is a plus
• Skilled in operating complex machinery
• Capable of lifting 5 to 10 kgs occasionally
• Must be versatile for rotating shifts
