Lead the full-cycle NAV production process for a private equity client portfolio

Act as the main point of contact to manage multiple client relationships

Prepare and/or review net asset value calculations

Record capital activity, including capital calls and distributions

Record cash activity and perform cash reconciliations

Record and reconcile investment trading activity

Price portfolios, including derivatives, stocks, and bonds, in accordance with funds’ offering documents

Accrue fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, in accordance with relevant accounting standards

Prepare investor statements and contract notes

Prepare financial statements

Coordinate year-end audit and tax reporting requests with clients and auditors

Respond to ad-hoc client reporting requests

Manage time and workload to meet internal and external deadlines

Manage client inboxes and respond to queries professionally and promptly

Prioritize client and internal requests and escalated matters to the Manager when required

Independently problem solve and provide suggestions or solutions to the Manager

Requirements

Prior fund accounting experience/FS audit experience of at least 1-2 years is required

Knowledge of closed ended funds desired but not required

Accounting designation desired, but not required

Strong knowledge of accounting concepts

Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Ability to handle multiple demands, competing priorities, and constant change

Ability to allocate time effectively and manage tight deadlines

Prior experience with PFS-Paxus is desired, but not required
