This temporary position as a Christmas Van Driver is critical for community support from now until December 31, 2026, in Halifax, Nova Scotia. You will be responsible for the pickup of donations and assisting in organizing these items in a warehouse, fostering teamwork and goodwill throughout the season. A minimum of a Grade 12 education is required, along with a current Driver’s Abstract.

Key Responsibilities: • Drive to pick up donations on a daily basis • Ensure vehicle maintenance and safety standards • Assist in the organization and packing process • Engage positively with other team members • Uphold the mission and values of The Salvation Army

Requirements: • Must meet vehicle insurance criteria • Grade 12 completion required • Capability to lift at least 50 pounds • Maintain confidentiality in all activities • Flexibility with work hours as needed
