Paladin Security Group (NB) Ltd. is seeking Security Operatives in Fredericton, New-Brunswick. Work in adaptable, multi-site roles providing security and exceptional customer service.
This casual position allows you to respond to emergencies, manage access control, and foster a safe environment for both staff and visitors. You will be responsible for writing reports and collaborating with law enforcement when necessary. Previous experience in security is preferred, along with the ability to communicate in both English and French, depending on the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor entry points, ensuring authorized access only
• Quickly act on emergencies, providing necessary assistance
• Assist in customer service duties for visitors and staff




• De-escalate conflicts and manage tense interactions
• Report daily activities and any incidents accurately
Requirements:
• Must have a High School Diploma/GED
• Relevant experience in security or law enforcement is ideal
• Certifications in UOF and/or MOAB are mandatory
• Must complete pre-onboarding UOF/MOAB training paid by Paladin
• Proficiency in English and/or French required as applicable
