At the Booth/Family Site, Red Door is looking for a Night Shift Support Worker to provide essential support to residents. This full-time role involves securing the facility, addressing crises, and maintaining logs for occupancy and case progress. You'll work alongside a team dedicated to providing quality service and a safe workplace.
Key Responsibilities: • Patrol the building to ensure security and safety • Assist new residents during their intakes and settle in • Manage daily tasks including behavior support and case documentation • Organize and clean office and common areas • Complete necessary reports and daily checklists
Requirements: • Related diploma in social services preferred • Familiarity with Toronto's social services • Strong initiative and team collaboration skills • Ability to handle household tasks and maintain cleanliness • Commitment to mandatory professional training
