- Partner closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Project Controls throughout the project lifecycle- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules in Primavera P6 from planning through commissioning- Review project scope, drawings, estimates, and execution plans to create detailed work breakdown structures and schedule logic- Identify critical and near-critical paths, monitor schedule performance, and recommend corrective actions- Integrate schedules with project budgets, resources, productivity metrics, and forecasting- Track progress against baseline schedules- Prepare project control reports, including S-curves, manpower histograms, and schedule performance updates- Analyze schedule, cost, productivity, and change management data for forecasting and decision-making- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders on scheduling standards and reporting requirements- Support proposals, look-ahead planning, project forecasting, and development of junior schedulers and project controls personnel- Travel to project sites as required and work in fast-paced construction environments, including remote locations and extended project assignmentsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in EngineeringTarget of 5 years of project planning, scheduling, or project controls experienceAdvanced proficiency with Primavera P6Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principlesExperience with project controls, scheduling, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance reporting in a construction or infrastructure environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving,
