This full-time position is hands-on and essential for the upkeep of our equestrian operations. You'll employ your horse-handling skills to ensure our horses are well-cared-for while supporting students and coaches in various programs. Key Responsibilities: • Daily horse care: feeding, watering, and stall maintenance • Safely handle horses between designated areas • Groom and prepare horses for activities and rides • Observe horses for health changes and assist when needed • Support events and arena maintenance with tractor use

Requirements: • Experience in busy equine facilities is beneficial • Solid understanding of horse handling and safety • Dedication to equine health and care • Must possess a valid BC Driver’s Licence • Physically capable of fulfilling manual labor tasks
