In this pivotal position on the Automation - Foundations team, you will direct the migration effort from a MongoDB architecture to Postgres, ensuring the integrity of customer data during the transition. The role involves collaboration across multiple teams to achieve seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex data model shifts while ensuring backward compatibility • Design and implement high-throughput data processing systems • Transition Query API from internal tool to production-ready platform • Troubleshoot production data shape failures effectively • Lead design reviews and mentor senior engineering staff
Requirements: • Extensive experience in leading data platform migrations • Deep knowledge of event streaming and queuing architectures • Strong grasp of relational and non-relational databases • Familiar with AWS environments and coding in TypeScript • Excellent collaborative communication skills across teams
