Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate with care team for patient-centered approaches • Maintain accurate documentation and conduct assessments • Administer medications within legislation and scope • Provide care during resident transition and address concerns • Monitor changes in residents' conditions and respond accordingly

Requirements: • Current registration as LPN in Alberta • Preferred experience in senior care environments • Strong time management and critical thinking skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and documentation systems • Current CPR and First Aid certification
