Key Responsibilities:



• Provide operational and service delivery leadership • Develop integrated service pathways for mental health care • Mentor and coach interprofessional staff effectively • Manage workforce planning and budget oversight • Organize community engagements and represent CASA Mental Health

Requirements: • Graduate degree in psychology, social work, or related field • Minimum five years’ experience in child and youth mental health • At least two years of leadership experience required • Strong background in clinical program development • Project management experience is an asset
