Key Responsibilities: • Open new files and perform conflict checks promptly • Draft and prepare necessary court documents • Schedule trials,



discovery exams, and client meetings • Process monthly billing and maintain financial records • Undertake general paralegal duties as assigned

Requirements: • Certificate/Diploma in legal administration or paralegal education • 4+ years of paralegal experience in Family Law • Solid organizational skills with attention to detail • Discretion and professionalism in client interactions • Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
