This full-time role will position you as the primary P&O; partner, managing all aspects of the Trainee program from recruitment to performance management and integration. Key Responsibilities:



• Own the full lifecycle of the Trainee program • Drive recruitment efforts and selection processes • Oversee onboarding and integration of recent Trainees • Manage development activities and performance tracking • Maintain strong engagement and communication with Trainees

Requirements: • At least 5 years of relevant P&O; experience • Proven expertise in managing employee lifecycle programs • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding practices • Experience with early-career development programs • Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills
