As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will support the Director of Wellness in developing comprehensive health plans and maintaining compliance. This temporary position requires you to work three days a week, providing essential nursing care while collaborating with various healthcare entities. Proven nursing experience and supervisory skills are vital for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and uphold wellness plans for each resident
• Manage and document health records diligently
• Step in for the Director of Wellness when needed




• Liaise with Ontario Health at Home and external services
• Promote Health and Safety policies throughout the residence
Requirements:
• RPN designation with active registration
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience
• Experience overseeing staff teams in healthcare
• Familiarity with MS Office and relevant nursing softwares
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications mandatory
