Key Responsibilities: • Direct OSAT supplier interactions and KPI assessments • Manage production schedules and engineering builds • Handle assembly and testing of multi-die products • Oversee sourcing of materials and substrate capacity • Mitigate supply chain risks and improve processes
Requirements: • 7+ years in semiconductor or supply chain roles • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline • Profound knowledge in OSAT workflows and agreements • Proficiency in ERP systems like SAP and reporting tools • Solid global communication skills; Mandarin is a plus
