This Sr. NPI Product Engineer role is central to Semtech’s Recent Product Introduction efforts. You will lead the NPI process for advanced analog and mixed-signal semiconductor products, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with design, test, and quality engineers to drive success in various projects while mentoring junior engineers to promote knowledge-sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive NPI activities from conception to release
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launch success
• Define Design for Manufacturability and Testability requirements
• Develop and implement comprehensive product characterization plans
• Analyze data across PVT variations for yield optimization
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 8 years in semiconductor technology or engineering
• Experience with quality systems and failure analysis
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and ATE test platforms
• Strong understanding of high-speed digital interconnect methodologies
