Key Responsibilities:



• Investigate and resolve bodily injury claims efficiently • Make well-reasoned decisions by analyzing relevant evidence • Maintain accurate claim documentation according to standards • Negotiate settlements with claimants and third parties • Assess and manage claims through litigation when required

Requirements: • At least two years of casualty claims experience • CIP designation preferred or actively pursuing • Experience with medical terminology is a plus • Robust critical-thinking and negotiation skills • Ability to handle complex situations with empathy
