In this position, you will provide tailored instructional assistance to students facing educational challenges. Your role will encompass supervising small groups, supporting teachers with classroom tasks, and implementing behavioral intervention plans where needed. You'll engage with students during various school activities and ensure their safety and focus throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students in meeting their educational goals
• Provide support for speech/language therapy needs
• Organize educational resources for classroom activities




• Track and report on student progress and behavior
• Lift and support students as necessary
Requirements:
• Completed secondary education or equivalent experience
• One year of experience with students with disabilities
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Educational Assistant Diploma or Certificate an advantage
• Willingness to obtain NCI certification
